General Information

Our highly developed Silent Roots Blower is a positive displacement blower designed to minimize noise and vibration. Through its innovative and space saving vertical design, noise levels are reduced by up to 35% compared to conventional positive displacement blowers.


This makes TOM Silent Roots Blower perfectly suitable for the operation in quiet environments like residential areas, office and apartment buildings, hospitals and schools. Further major advantages are improved energy efficiency and optimized gear oil consumption.


The blowers' drive shaft is coupling driven, not belt driven. This results in improved power transmission efficiency, as well as the elimination of potential wear and tear parts.


Like all our tri lobe roots blowers, TOM Silent Roots Blower conveys the medium oil-free. During operation the rotors neither touch each other nor the housing. Therefore no lubrication is required inside the conveying chamber. The medium won't be contaminated by any lubricants or affected by potentially released wear and tear particles.


Extreme low vibration levels and the overall design ensure a very long lifetime of the roots blower.
